Every month, more that 2 million minutes are carried over wireless telephones to family and friends around to globe. The local telephone company infrastructure has been mostly destroyed since war broke out in this small west african nation. Today, we see the emergence of new technology that utilities the internet to carry voice/data traffic. This allows telephone calls to use the same network that brings you the world wide wide. By utilitizing this next generation technology, the average joe can affordable call family and friends around the globe. Our company would like to be the pioneers who ventured to construct this network and services in the Republic of Liberia. The market size is about. 500,000 wireless subscribers, 5000 wired telephone network and growing about 12% percent a year. The market generates between 60 and 80 million dollars a year in telecommunication revenue for the private sector providers. We would like to have between 50 to 80 percent of this wholesale backbone voice/data traffic market over the next five years. In addition to voice communication, Liberia lack general business services such as faxing, making copies, telephone/video conference services, word processing services, computerized business management services (including but not limited to payroll, human resource, business management, database management and cash management services to name a few). In addition, business person can not find reliable service for faxing and other general business services such as photo coping. As the demand for these quality services is high and the supply low, the cost of faxing can be as high as $5.00 US dollar per page. Currently, customers have to buy mobile phones and pay one year in advance for service subscription. The customers still have to pay per minute to make and receive phone calls. Internet is only available through internet cafe and in the homes of affluent people in Liberia. As for business services, you have to search all over turn and country to find a service equipment to provide reliable faxing and photo copying. At best the quality of faxing and photo copying are marginal to poor. The society is made up of well off and poor Liberians. The poor are supported mostly by family and friends living in foreign land that send money home to them through the bank and money transfer services. Two internet service providers that have built wireless network to support internet access. This is supported by the four GSM operators who provide internet access to the general public and wholesale to the many internet cafe in the country. Business service centers are virtually no exsistent. Private offices provide these services at very high cost to only attract the best business clients into their various businesses. This leave a big marketplace for the right combination of service offering that attract both businesses and individuals. By combining voice, data and business technology services under one roof and through our wireless network, we can capture customers where they work and live. This created a virtual day and night time revenue stream because the customer can use our services are work and at home within the reach of our service network. \par \par To date, no sizable testing of voice, data, business information system have been conducted in the Republic of Liberia. As such time, technology advancement have place internet phone services at an emerging technology which poor countries like Liberia should take advance. Their operations are rooted in the Liberia system so much so that education campaigns will need to be conducted to get the general public to try and buy this new emerging technologies. Furthermore, All the GSM operations in Liberia are supported by foreign investors who have no interest in the Liberia people except their prepaid cash services and low quality of services that is presently offered in Liberia today. Their strengths lies in their funding but their weaknesses is costly expansion with the current technology that they have in place. Furthermore, communication between services have not yet to date connected all GSM and internet service provider through a common gateway. This could result in drastic reduction in voice and data communication cost by leaving local voice and data traffic local (in liberia). We will also work with our alliance partners to work on cost cutting technology to insure our lead position in the marketplace. We will also work to expand our network of services through our the Republic of Liberia to establish a presents in all major towns and cities buisness and govermental offices. We will joint venture on the buildout of a communication network that will service our growing needs as well as provide backbone broadband connectivity through a host of services to include Satellite, fiber and interconnect links with the local cellphone providers who have the largest communication network reaches in the marketplace. Comuim and Cellcom cellphone provider would be the best joint venture partners since comuim needs to expand it's communication footprint and Cellcom needs to generate revenue streams from it's growing wireless communication network. As Liberia becomes electrified, our business centers need to diversify into investment partnerships in technology to equip our own wide area network to provide seamless integration with cellphone networks, the local PPT, Satellite broadband provider and eventually fiber optics network providers into Liberia. My making key investments in these areas, we can insure that our business center will have multiple revenue streams as well as first rights to good pricing and service through part ownership in these technology and other business ventures in Liberia. We will work with the National Investment Commission to find credible partners in these business ventures of which we will be pro active in bring to the attention of the commission chairperson. This will allow us access to trade partners who are looking to do business in Liberia first and give us the opportunity to build a working relationship with key private and government business contact. This can help us continue to grow our business without the treat of competition because we can help foster an entreperneur client through business partnerships using our mesh of technology to support competing centers and other businesses of this kind. In a few years we can be the driving force behind the technology and make business centers and virtual business centers throughout Liberia possible and collect stockholder revenue that will surpass our main business center revenue within a few years. Our longterm goals is to shift from a service to a provider for services and leave support new technology and business center models from a consulting, managed provider and pay as you go services for the smaller private sector entreperneurs.\cf0\fs17 \par } 2006 Projected ASSETS Current Assets Cash 3000 Investments 22000 Accounts receivable Inventory 8000 Prepaid Expenses 4800 Other Other Total
